Jorge Romeo

Born in Temperley (Buenos Aires) Argentina in 1949.

In 1973 he leaves the studies of chemistry to dedicate himself to the sculpture.

From 1973-77 he completes artistic studies at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes "P.Pueyrredon" graduating as Professor of Sculpture.

In the years 78/79 he attended the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes "E.de la Carcova" Buenos Aires.

In 1979 he won a scholarship "Techniques of working stone and marble" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-Rome and moved to Italy.

Since 1980 he has his studio in Carrara and lives in Massa.
