Denise Montresor was born in Rome in 1996, where she lives and works. She obtained her first- and second-level academic diplomas at the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome, painting department. In 2017, she participated in the Erasmus+ program studying at the Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts in Liège, Belgium. During her training abroad, she took part in an artist residency at Maison Sculpture (Liège, BE) titled fLUX - light and space, sculpture and transdisciplinarity.
